In the beginning of Commercial Real Estate USA. n2bnu

Good day everyone, it's a great life. My life today is a place only the strong can go, for sure. I've been down a lot of rough roads and smooth sailing ones too. But I don't like to focus on the past. This is the Present now from GoodOrderlyDirection. I have an eighteen year old son who just graduated from Francis Howell Central and a daughter who just turned sixteen and drives. Wow what an awesome country we live in the good ole USA. Where else can you be free to express yourself and not be punished or even killed for that right. I just want to say thanks to all of our military men and women of the United States of America. My father is a veteran and my grandfather who was in the Coast Guard then died from nuclear exposure. My other grandfather was a Free Mason and my grandmother was a Jobs Daughter. 4-15-2009 This is my blog about my real estate experience which began about a decade ago. My first real estate deal was a $50,000 cash sale for a drug condemned house in the river bottoms. Imagine that drugs in the USA, what's up??? But I wanted to get a deal done to feed the kids. Motivation really works when you need a tad of encouragement. My second deal the roof blew off in a wind storm right before closing. I did my due diligence and received payment on the $185,000. commission. Wow what excitement did I tell you that the contract was written at 10:00 PM with out a broker. After these two contracts I was addicted to the trill of the negotiation. It's a feeling of great achievement and success especially when the buyer and the seller are satisfied. Yes customer service is key, just picking up the thousand pound phone to make calls sells real estate. The third deal was a little commercial lot listed in the oldest wine district in the United States, St. Charles, Missouri. This industrial zoned lot belonged to my family. Well being my first blog I'm going to leave you with a little surprise so you'll visit me again. Where in the world is matson missouri usa? n2bnu
