Texas and Defiance, Missouri

In 1988 I lived in San Antonio, Texas and some Sunday's we watched polo at one of the oldest polo fields in the country. This polo ranch was so beautiful and I believe it was about 400 acres or so. The club house was grand and made of stone, even the fences that lined the drive were made of stone. I was just eighteen at the time and wanted to ride the ponies so bad. But growing up with a Welsh Pony and then a Tennessee Walker horses are in my blood. But the enjoyment only came from watch the riders work there magic. I've since moved home to Defiance, Missouri the house I grew up in was built by Daniel Boone for his sister over one hundred years ago. The good ole USA is finally catching up with the rest of the world with some history. I had the pleasure of attending the Epworth Children & Family Services and the friends of immigrants benefit match that was held at the Blue Heron Polo Club, 4020 Benne Rd., in Defiance, Missouri. Wow what a show, on what used to be a working farm. The riders were so diligent and concentrated on the game. The horses were just beautiful and defined on the field.
I can't wait to watch another polo match in my home town.

This Blogging is alot of work.

Wow!

I'm getting away from the original theme of my blog so I going to kick this idea to you.

Real Estate, the market is in the toilet so why not sit at my desk and complain about it. Let's complain and see if that makes it any better. Over the years I've learned a couple of great sayings. One of them is don't complain about what you permit in your life. So the motto for the day is be apart of the solution not part of the problem. Talk real estate up, when ever possible. I am working with several cash buyers, but they are all moving slow to pick a second or third home. I'm currently working on three hours of sleep and am dozing at the computer. Gotta Go!

Real Estate in the real world...

Hi Everyone,
Today is kind of wet and rainy here in St. Louis, Missouri USA... I always post my city, state, and country because sometimes people forget where they are in the world. That's not a problem for me, I'm reminded daily of this Middle town USA neighborhood I live and work in. I feel stuck, but the truth is I have the skills to sell real estate anywhere in the country. I'm really want to break the mold in real estate, I don't know if it should be now or later. I'm tiring to create a niche please call me to discuss any ideas you may have about real estate. Thanks

Growing up in a real estate family.

Good Morning Everyone, it's a beautiful day in the neighborhood 80 degrees St. Charles, Missouri, USA. 6.5.2009 In my first blog I've talked about my first couple of real estate transactions, so I'd like to continue that theme. Growing up at sixteen years of age, I collected the rent for my fathers fourteen or so rental houses. Sometimes I didn't if the renter was delinquent and or scary looking. Growing up in the oldest wine district in the country had its pros and cons. One of the pros was playing hide and seek in the Mount Pleasant wine cellar. Highway 94 was the only major road in and out of the area back then. My parents really liked our little twelve acre set up with in ground pool that I maintained and the grass I mowed. One of the parcels of real estate was the 1.14 acre lot in front of our house, which was the only Industrially zoned parcel for 20 miles in the county. This parcel is very different for several reasons that happened, when our family owned it. But it began as a place to barrel race my welsh pony at eight years old. This parcel was the beginning of my commercial real estate career. Thanks Dad I love you! Dad's if I had only listened to him ten years earlier, I'd have twenty years in Real Estate.

In the beginning of Commercial Real Estate USA. n2bnu

Good day everyone, it's a great life. My life today is a place only the strong can go, for sure. I've been down a lot of rough roads and smooth sailing ones too. But I don't like to focus on the past. This is the Present now from GoodOrderlyDirection. I have an eighteen year old son who just graduated from Francis Howell Central and a daughter who just turned sixteen and drives. Wow what an awesome country we live in the good ole USA. Where else can you be free to express yourself and not be punished or even killed for that right. I just want to say thanks to all of our military men and women of the United States of America. My father is a veteran and my grandfather who was in the Coast Guard then died from nuclear exposure. My other grandfather was a Free Mason and my grandmother was a Jobs Daughter. 4-15-2009 This is my blog about my real estate experience which began about a decade ago. My first real estate deal was a $50,000 cash sale for a drug condemned house in the river bottoms. Imagine that drugs in the USA, what's up??? But I wanted to get a deal done to feed the kids. Motivation really works when you need a tad of encouragement. My second deal the roof blew off in a wind storm right before closing. I did my due diligence and received payment on the $185,000. commission. Wow what excitement did I tell you that the contract was written at 10:00 PM with out a broker. After these two contracts I was addicted to the trill of the negotiation. It's a feeling of great achievement and success especially when the buyer and the seller are satisfied. Yes customer service is key, just picking up the thousand pound phone to make calls sells real estate. The third deal was a little commercial lot listed in the oldest wine district in the United States, St. Charles, Missouri. This industrial zoned lot belonged to my family. Well being my first blog I'm going to leave you with a little surprise so you'll visit me again. Where in the world is matson missouri usa? n2bnu
