Loan Modification & Real Estate
Wow! What a year 2009 nine, nine, nine, (=no) was, just glad it's over. Going down in the record books as the worst year in real estate history. Banks made no loans at all my real estate deals were cash. I'm glad I have client's that know how to preserve their money in a bad economy. Cash is still king and can't be denied by anyone or any institution. I took a position at a new loan modification company started by my family because they needed sales people. I hear horror stories about the mortgage companies, lawyers, banks,realtors. But we are saving loans and saving homes for people everyday. Twelve million people have lost their home, where are they now??? Nine million to go in foreclosure predicted by the US government. Where will these people live, and the movie stars are worried about Haiti. Have they looked in their own home town lately. I talk to people all over the country in my business. I've asked if they've heard about work place killing spree's in my hometown of St. Louis. Of coarse it didn't make national news. But by common sense we all can tell crime is up everywhere. We are now living in hell on earth. But back to loan modifications when I started everyone told us it was not going to happen the banks are not participating in the OBAMA program. Why not why are the banks so special with the marble floors and pillars. What ever! All I can say is to change things we must exercise our right to VOTE.. Please vote and know who your voting for. Out with the old in with the new, every time. Then we'll get the action we're looking for from our government. Guns!!!! What Guns?
